Temporary Demo Session Data
Demo session ID, customer name, email (optional), phone (optional), service needed, business type, status, source, appointment date, appointment time, service, follow-up type, follow-up message, follow-up status, scheduled time (optional), sent time (optional).

Retention Period
Waitlist, demo request, and contact data are retained until you request deletion. Temporary demo session data is retained for 24 hours by default.
